Spring into Wellness: A Different Approach

As a Nutritionist and Health Coach, I notice two predictable patterns around this time each year. First, spring arrives and brings with it the natural desire to refresh our health and routines. Second, we're bombarded with marketing messages promising quick transformations gym specials, weight loss products with unrealistic claims, and last minute 8 or 12-week challenges before the holiday season.

Making time for your wellbeing isn't selfish it's essential. Your health is the foundation that supports everything else in your life.
